Lafayette, LA- May 24, 2012- Elise Tauzin, the head of RUSSO’s intern team has been recognized for her efforts in her sorority. She was recently awarded the Outstanding Philanthropic Program of the year on behalf of Phi Mu at University of Louisiana at Lafayette. The first Kickin’ for Kids Kickball tournament benefiting Children’s Miracle Network raised over $12,000 through the help of Michael Russo and Lafayette Little League. Elise is a Public Relations major and Marketing minor. She is a graduate of St. Thomas More Catholic High School ’08 and maintains a 3.4 GPA.
Our newest intern, Allison McElligott, was awarded Loyola University New Orleans’ Outstanding First Year Student for the 2011-2012 school year. She is a Public Relations major and Spanish minor. She is a graduate of St. Thomas More Catholic High School ’11 and maintains a 3.68 GPA. She is a member of Delta Gamma and Public Relations Student Society of America.
