Tune in every Monday at 5:25pm to KPEL 96.5 (www.kpel965.com) for another exciting episode of Brand Buzz.  Today's topic is the Power of the Brand Identity

The Brand Identity, logo, is the way companies and products are recognized.  There are a number of different components in each logo - typeface, mark, color - that are unique and distinctive to each company.  The logo provides the first clues of what to the company is all about - sort of sets the expectation for the consumer.

For some companies, the logo is unified across all products - think about Dove.  For other companies, each product has its own unique brand identity - such as Proctor & Gamble.

Download the Free Brand eBook: Power of Brand Identity to learn more about the history of logos and why they are so powerful.  Tune in to KPEL at 5:20pm (www.kpel965.com) and let us know if you have any questions about logos, how they work and why they are so important.

Brand Buzz is now available via podcast any time.  If you would like to listen to previous episodes, you can get them here and listen on your computer or your ipod.
