Tom Marcantel: Senior Creative Strategist
With extensive experience across a broad range of categories and media, Tom brings creative solutions born of sound strategy to a clients’ business problems.

Most recently, Tom served as Sr. Creative at Large/Brand Strategist with the Little Rock-based CJRW. Prior to joining CJRW, Tom was a partner in the Dallas-based Marcantel Crouch LeBlanc (MCL), specializing in brand development and brand strategy for everything from banks to bakeries to a 400-store retail chain. MCL was acquired by CJRW in 2007. Before starting MCL, Tom served as Vice President Creative Director for Hadeler Sullivan & Law (Marc USA) in Dallas,
leading the creative development for such accounts as Tony Roma’s, Bennigan’s Grill & Tavern, Mr. Rooter Plumbing
and Blue Cross Blue Shield.
Tom’s insight has helped him win numerous national awards, including recognition from Communication Arts Magazine, NY Art Directors Annual, Print Magazine - Regional Design Annual, American Corporate Identity Annual, DSVC Show and the New York Festivals.
He is a member of the AIGA, Dallas Society of Visual Communications and the Dallas Producers Association.
Tom holds a bachelor of fine arts in advertising design from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette.
